Leather Trousers

H&M slim leg pants
$40 - hm.com

Mango leather pants

Leather is the best material in fall. It keeps you warm and in addition it looks totally chic. In this season we get some new clothes made out of leather like the leather peplum or the biker trouser out of leather.

Even cooler is leather in autumnal colours, especially burgundy
When real leather is too expensive for you, you can get cheap ones at H&M or Zara. Especially H&M recognize the trend of leather trousers.

1) Burgundy trousers
This is a totally necessary basic for fall. You can combine it in many different ways with blue clothes or with white ones or when you want to go crazy-with yellow. Especially yellow and blue is very in this season. This combination is an interesting alternation to the maritime classic.

2) Blue Blazers
Blue Blazers are THE IT-Piece of the season. Why? You can wear it with everything and in many different styles. With a white dress made of lace you look very girly, but with a well fitting blazer you can wear your favorite dress also in school or at work.

3) Trench coat
The trench coat was, is and will ever be a classic. The coat creates a feminine silhouette and in addition it looks totally cool. This days you can get trench coats, which were in fact coats of the military, in every imaginable colour and shape.

4)Chelsea boots
This shoes are real multitaskers: They can look edgy, minimalistic or preppy. It´s just a question of style. I like the combination of these shoes with a dark blue skinny jeans, a blue button-down shirt with studs on the collar and a red cardigan. Classic but perfect for fall!

DIY - Zebra blouse

Safari - not actually new for those who follow fashion trends, but there is one way of "looking pretty in zebra" that no one has thought of yet.

It looks like this:

The following items are needed

a fabric marker
a white blouse (of course)
some white cardboard and a black pen for the pattern (you can as well copy ours)

This is how it could look

If you're having your own model ready, you just put it under the blouse ( you might need some more light) and trace the black contours.

Yeah, it takes some time...but your friends' (and in my case random people's) rapturous looks will make up for the effort.

Good luck!

Ok, I know Slipper aren't a new trend for us fashionistas. But the fall qualified slipper has got some new features, which you could also see on the fashion weeks.

1. Feature: Velvet
http://intermsofme.blogspot.com
www.bornonheels.blogspot.com

Velvet is actually a huge trend in fall and a perfect material for this season. Slippers made of velvet keep your feet warm and with some colored socks you get an extra eyecatcher. Especially burgundy is a good colour for velvet slippers and paired with green socks it gets an exciting and interesting look.

These are my favourite velvet slippers for autumn. Two trends in one shoe- velvet and studs. What do you want more?

2. Feature: Animal print
In muted coloured animal print is totally appropriate for fall slippers. You should keep your outfit simple because these shoes will be the statement of your outfit.

You can buy really cool ones at Zara like these:
www.zara.com
I am totally obsessed with the combination of camouflage and animal print of this pair. The studs give it a cool and edgy look.

This tutorial is really easy: All you need is a sweater that deserves a fashion upgrade and a fabric pen.
You are invited to copy the pattern I created, if you want to.

1.) Cut out "your poodle" and attach it to the sweater ( it is always best to do this while you are actually wearing it, so you are sure your new pet gets the best spot possible).

Then you retrace the contours onto your pullover.

2.) This step took as much time as all others combined: Colour it! :)

I also decided to whiten the sleeves and now I am very happy about the result.
In a few days Gretchen is going to post a video of her trying another version of the poodle pullover.
A photograph of the two brothers will be presented here.

Until then, good luck with this tutorial, I hope you have as much fun as I had doing this!

After the big cocktail rings, there is a new accessory trend coming: Over-the-knuckle rings. As the name implies this ring is worn over your knuckle of your finger.
www.etsy.com
Notably is that these rings are very minimalistic with a simple grace. They cool down every pompous outfit and are very wearable for workaday life. Here are more examples:

What do you think about the rings? Which one is your favorite? For everyone who likes this trend i have a surprise: In the coming weeks we will do a DIY- Video about the Over-the-knuckle rings, because they are REALLY easy to do!!!

Jacket: Zara    Blouse: Orsay

Yesterday it was cold outside for the first time this season, however, the sun shined. I think that's the perfect school outfit for such a day. You can carry your schoolbooks in the yellow bag and the bouclé jacket makes you look very reliable, which your teacher will love :)
Ankle boots and dark blue skinny jeans lend a youthful touch to your outfit.

Shoes: Zara

This winter, jackets with two different materials are totally necessary for every girl who is interested in fashion. They are toughing up every outfit for the cold time of the year.
I am totally in love with the minimalistic coats from Zara this season; they are affordable and are looking like designer pieces!

New wool or fur with leather or lack- the designers got creative and present us super chic coats and jackets for the winter.
H&M and Asos also realized the two-material-trend and follow with some really cool blazers and coats:

Review
I actually became pretty obsessed with the poodle pattern, but I thought...there's a better option than buying this. So here is what I did :
I still had a yellow pullover left that wasn't as flattering as I had thought while purchasing it...which is why I decided it couldn't get any worse. I therefore got the bleach ready and...
The DIY instruction is to come next week.
